What this site stores in your browser, which outside services it contacts, and how to turn analytics off. Each item below says when it runs and how long it stays.
Who is responsible for this site
RomaniaAccount Pro, Strada Kiseleff 32, 010789 Bucharest, Romania, decides which tools run on this site and what they may store in your browser. Questions about this policy go to info@accounting-romania.com. Personal data you send us through a form, and what we do with it, is covered by our privacy policy.
What is strictly necessary
These items run from your first page view and set no analytics cookie.
- Your analytics setting. Kept in your browser under one named entry once you change it, so the setting holds on every page.
- Cloudflare. Hosts and delivers the site, and counts page views at its edge without setting a cookie.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. A security check on the pages with a form (the contact page, the enquiry on the home page, onboarding and invoice payment) that tells people from automated submissions. The forms cannot be protected without it, so it is strictly necessary.
- Fonts and icons. Served from this site: nothing is fetched from another company's server to draw a page.
Analytics, on from your first page view
Three things start on your first page view. If you press "Turn off analytics" under "Cookie settings", none of them loads or writes anything from the next page on.
- Google Analytics 4. Its first-party cookies count the pages visited and returning visitors, in aggregate.
- Microsoft Clarity. Its cookies record clicks, scrolling and sessions; anything you type into a form on this site is masked.
- The form context. Your path through the site in this tab, your first visit and your visit count, kept in your browser and sent only with an enquiry. A form never sends a cookie's contents: only whether cookies are present, and the analytics id. The rest is listed under context sent with every form.
What loads only when you use it
Two services from other companies load only on your own action.
- The map on the contact page. Google Maps loads only after you press "Show map", and Google may then set cookies on its own domain. The address stays readable without the map.
- Paying an invoice. Card details are typed on Stripe's page and a crypto payment is made on NOWPayments' page, each under its own cookie policy. This site loads no payment script.

Changing your choice and changes to this policy
The "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page opens the analytics setting. Pressing "Turn off analytics" stops Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the form context from the next page on, and deletes the analytics cookies this site set; turning them back on takes one click. Cookies can also be deleted in your browser's settings. Turning analytics off changes nothing about the pages or the forms.
We update this policy when a tool is added, removed or changes what it stores, and the date at the top of the page moves with each change. Questions about it go to info@accounting-romania.com.
